Very excited to be working on a new base for everyones favourite Mini Desk Globe.
Made from locally sourced London Plane, the base has been designed by the team at Bellerby & Co and hand-crafted by our fabulous woodturners.
Stylish, high quality and crafted by hand; the Mini Desk Globe was created to offer a smaller, contemporary piece, with our distinctive attention to detail. A heavy 5lb globe sits on a crafted wooden or cast metal base. Hidden beneath are three roller bearings allow multi-directional unrestricted movement. Each base is fitted with an inscribed copper plaque noting the edition number and style and a further disc for your own personal inscription along with a certificate of ownership. The desk globe is a beautifully made, contemporary product that welcomes hours of enjoyment.
The globe itself is available as either a Terrestrial in a range of colours or Celestial edition in two finishes. The Celestial globe depicts the stunning night sky and all 88 constellations, drawn up by a local London illustrator.
Perfect Christmas gift for a loved one as each piece is one-of-a-kind and you can add your own personal message which will be engraved. The price also includes a bespoke carry case, which saves you the trouble of gift wrapping.
